Shivnath was Aveda’s very first employee and instrumental in the development of the company with Horst Rechelbacher.

He was born in Utter Pradesh in India, initiated in the Bharati tradition of Sankya Yoga at the age of eight and is a disciple of Swami Rama.

Shivnath educates on the importance of the connection of personal mind and body wellness to achieve personal and professional goals. He focuses his time on sharing his vast wisdom of Ayurveda.

Tammy Barton, owner and operator of Illuminating The Soul, is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Inspirational Artist.  Tammy believes in approaching bodywork from a holistic viewpoints. Tammy has been a Massage Therapy Instructor at Wellspring School of Allied Health since May, 2010.Tammy also develops curriculum and teaches life inspiring workshops and classes to empower your body, mind and spirit. She also loves to lead Spiritual Retreats to Playa del Carmen, Mexico and loves to volunteer and teach Hand Reflexology and Self Care Techniques using Cranio Sacral Therapy and Massage, at Turning Point: The Center for Hope and Healing.

Laurie Callan is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher certified through Yoga Alliance.  With a 28-year practice and 12 years of teaching experience, Laurie specializes in a variety of yoga styles, including Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin Yoga, as well as breathwork and meditation.  She currently teaches at Radiant Yoga in Overland Park, KS and other venues in the Kansas City metro area.

Michon is a Master Neuro-Linquistic Programming Practitioner (NLP).  NLP is a modality that focuses on how self-talk and communication patterns affect perception, influences behavior and thus impacts outcomes. NLP upgrades the relationship between the brain’s wiring, language, and programming.  

Michon integrates hypnosis with NLP to bypass the conscious, ego mind to rewrite an improved story.

To complement NLP, Michon’s tool belt also includes: Certified Hypnotherapist, Master Life Coach, Eden Energy Medicine, and Reiki practitioner. She integrates these modalities into private sessions, workshops and retreats.

I have been a hairdresser for over 20 years, a leading haircutting and styling educator for over 10 years, and worked backstage for numerous NY Fashion Week. I have had the pleasure to teach in over 800 salons for over 10,000 stylists nationwide as well as a platform artist for all the largest hair shows and events in the country. I held the role as Artistic Director / Haircutting Director for a Globally recognized

Professional Beauty Haircare Brand, and have been the lead stylist for marketing shoots, brand content and editorial work. My work has been internationally published and highlighted in top industry magazines such as American Salon, Modern Salon and Bangstyle.

As a facilitator of beauty, I believe that beauty is a divine expression and our hair is a vessel.
