Please thoroughly read our salon policies before your appointment:
Cancellations: In order for us to spend quality time with you to achieve your goals in how you look and feel, we ask for the same respect for our time and our other clients on our cancellation list. So if you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask for a 24-hour notice, otherwise you will be charged the full price of the service(s) that were reserved for you.
Children: We ask that children not be brought to the salon unless he or she has an appointment scheduled. This policy is meant to provide safety for the child, as well as to minimize the distraction of our other clients.
Phones: Please keep cell phones on silent or vibrate during your visit.
Payment: We gladly accept MasterCard and Visa.
Gratuities: Because it is our pleasure to serve you, we do not accept gratuities.
